We provide telehealth services to our community. We support our patients to achieve and maintain a healthy weight loss goals. Telehealth services are limited to provide supportive and safe care. Our holistic approach to healthcare will ensure you have a well-rounded support team, to include specialist referrals when needed. Labs & Diagnostic tests will be ordered at a testing center near you (mobile services can be provided). A few examples of the services we offer:

It is out pleasure to offer teen focused care services to our local community.  Our Healthcare Providers can be scheduled to provide care to teens and young adults at their place of education.  We partner with local schools to provide free sports physicals annually to hundreds of teens in our community. We are happy to provide telehealth for acute episodes, triage and referrals as needed.

Our HEALTHY TEENS * HEALTHY ADULTS Initiative ensures that any teen wanting to participate in sports has the opportunity to have a sports physical completed at no cost. We truly believe that healthy teens make for healthy adults. By participating in activities now, we ensure flexibility, emotional health, and improved mobility as adults. We encourage Nurse Practitioners in all states to join our initiative!
